Shipping & Returns

Return Policy

All returned items will receive STORE CREDIT ONLY, no refunds. Items must be received within 10 business days of receiving the order to get a store credit. Anything after that will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for shipping costs to get it back to you. If you choose not to pay shipping charges to get it back to you, your items will be donated to charity after 30 days. Items will not be accepted for return if they smell of smoke, have stains, animal hair, have been washed/worn, or are damaged in any other way. Items must be in their original condition. If you believe you have received an item with a defect we must be contacted within 3 days of the date it was delivered to you in order for you to get a replacement, if available. After the 3 business days, there is nothing that we can offer you. Once we receive returns they will be processed within 5-10 business days and at this time you will be issued a store credit through your customer account in the price of the item or items you sent back minus the shipping charges that were paid to get the items to you. We are not responsible for the return shipping charges, you will be responsible for that. Please note that all store credits will expire after one year. All denied returns will be donated to charity if not claimed within 30 days. All clearance items are FINAL, NO RETURNS ACCEPTED. We do not offer exchanges because we can't guarantee the size you need will be in stock by the time we get your return back.

* ALL SALES FINAL ON EARRINGS, UNDERGARMENTS, LEGGINGS, HAIR ACCESSORIES (INCLUDING HATS) SOCKS AND EYE WEAR. THIS IS FOR HYGIENIC PURPOSES AND THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS ON THESE ITEMS.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world and shipping is always FREE. However, you will be responsible to cover shipping charges to get items back to you for certain instances as stated in our Return Policy above.
